Can Access Connections control Sound Levels?

The ambient noise levels at the different places that I use my computer are different. So, I was wondering if Access Connections can automatically alter my sound levels when it automatically detects and changes networks. Does anyone have experience with this?

Perhaps this has already been asked, but my search of the forums didn't reveal anything.
