Sound is too low in my r50e...is this norml in this model?

the speakers' sound is too low on my r50e when i play diff songs on the windows media player and i do set the volume to max in windows and the windows media player but nothing happens its still too low?is there something i forgot to do to louden the voice or is it normal?

All I can tell you is that my neighbor seems to have the same problem. I haven't exactly compared his R50e with my T42, but maybe some day I will and then I'll know for sure.

Unfortunately, the R50e only has a single speaker (mono) so the sound is really soft. The non-e R series and the T series have stereo speakers.
