WTB: Thinkpad laptop - T??

So, the motherboard on my T22 just died tonight.

I am trying to decide whether I want to go through the trouble of fixing it, or whether I should just cut my losses and upgrade to a faster laptop.

Ideally, I would like a T series laptop capable of running Warcraft 3...
which means something with ~32MB of video ram and at least 800-900 MHz processor

I dont' know much about the model numbers... but what do you all have available, and at what price? I'd like to get something later than a T22 if possible (bought my T22 for $300 1 yr ago)
