T43 and TPM driver problem

Hello,

I have a problem with all my T43, when I try to install the driver for the NSC1100 (Intel 82801FBM LPC interface controller) the laptop freeze and I need to make a hard shutdown to restart the computer.

What is the 82801FBM LPC interface ?
Where can I download the latest drivers for this component ?
Why a freeze when I install the driver ?

My installation process is :
Unattend installation on a T42
Sysprep + Ghost
Load the ghost image on the T43
Install all the driver manually (for the beginning)
And freeze on the 82801 ...

I believe you need the Intel Chipset Drivers.

Intel Chipset Support for Windows 2000/XP - ThinkPad R52, T43/p, X41, X41 Tablet, Z60m, Z60t

EDIT: If the above doesn't work, run Windows "Sysem File Checker".
