This has happened 3 times so far, 2 of the 3 times were back to back. What happens is, I'll be playing a video and all of a sudden, the computer will crash and stop responding to keyboard inputs. What's funny is that the volume controls still work and the sound still plays. The screen basically looks a little bit like the static you get when you turn your tv to a non-channel. except, it's not monochromatic. This has happened while using Media Player Classic and also VLC. The last time it did it, the computer restarted itself and all was well. I don't really know if this is a hardware problem or software related. or maybe both.
Has anything like this happened to anybody?
