Re-Format Problem-- 365XD

the laptop won't start up after re-format I get a error "I9990305" booting from floopy boot disk windows 95 appreciate any assistance

It booted OK from your hard drive before the re-formatting, correct...? I believe the 365XD has an external floppy drive... so, I'd go into the BIOS, and make sure it sees the floppy and that the floppy is listed as a bootable device. If all that checks out OK, I would try the bootable WIN95 floppy diskette in another computer to make sure it really is bootable.
