Thanks, Ron!

Ron was very patient waiting for the payment, which got delayed a few times, and sent a nice T23 at a very good price.

I look forward to buying from him again. :D

I just had a good transaction with Underclocker (Ed).

Bought a new wireless card from him, payment went smooth and he posted it very fast. When it arrived it was packed well and was just as he discribed it - brand new and works 100%.

When I got it I dropped him a PM and asked him if he knew where I could find the drivers for it and he was very quick to get back to me and help me out.

Great work.

I just purchased a barebones system from Rosannafe. Not only did the transaction proceed exceedingly smoothly, but Rosannafe promptly and professionally answered all of my e-mails. The merchandise came as described and was packaged securely. I couldn't be more satisfied and would not hesitate to call on Rosannafe again.

To All;

Eric Giles just sold me a most wonderful 570E. It is completely original, including shipping in an original box with all accessories and the Recovery Disk set. It has been such a pleasure dealing with Eric, I can recommend him to anyone on this board for a great deal.

I still have not been able to pick my jaw up from the floor after receiving this lappy yesterday, it is beautiful in every respect, and has already had the Ram maxed out in it!

Thank You Eric for a great deal!

Hey everyone,
Had a great experience with Old Fezziwig. He was a easy to work with buyer, excellent communication and prompt payment. On a site note, I never noticed how close the new post and reply buttons are to one another until I did something silly when not paying attention!

Recently I have had the pleasure to deal with the following Marketplace sellers:

Underclocker - Sold me a Broadcom Mini PCI card. He provides super fast shipping, and great packaging.

thanatos106 - Sold me a beautiful 512MB SODIMM for my X31. Item was shipped fast, and protected very well in a plastic clam shell.

Dorronto - Purchased a used UltraBay 2000 battery for a great price. Battery still has LOTS of use left in it.

Eric Giles - Sold me a perfectly mint 570E for a great price. Item arrived in it's original box, with all original documentation and the Recovery Disks as well! (I thought I was only getting the computer!!) This is what I consider my best purchase to date of used equipment. Thank you Eric, you certainly know how to make a ThinkPad freak happy!

The sellers here in the Marketplace, IMHO, are the best. Nothing like purchasing kit from knowledgable, informed people. Totally unlike eBay which often is a roll of the dice. I will ALWAYS check here first, before heading into the abyss of eBay for parts.

Just received a 1GB PC5300 memory stick from brentpresley.
Everything went smooth, great information from Brent before the sale.

The only teeny-tiny thing is that USPS's tracking system is totally useless: the memory has already been shipped to my home , and their website is still saying that the package just got in their network...

dg is an awseome guy, his dock type II and kens. security cable arrived in mint condition! The shipping was also fast and except for the hickups the bank made (fees & exchange rates that changed after I sent the money -> for wich he payed  (it's hard to find somebody that sticks to his words on the net and this guy is one!!!) .) I just have nothing but respect and kudos for him, a very very pleasant transaction! I'd buy from him again!

For the record, the USPS uses a Delivery Confirmation, not a tracking system, per se, if it was sent Priority Mail. It is just meant to show a confirmation for the delivery itself, to avoid claims that a package was never rec'd. This has saved me on more than one occasion, while dealing with eBay.
