Kudos to Brent (brentpresley) - excellent seller.
Purchased a 512 MB PC-4200 stick of Elpida from him recently, extremely prompt shipment (upon payment, of course), excellent, helpful correspondance, arrived within 5 business days (shipping overseas).
Very kind and trustworthy guy.

Thumbs up for Toine.

He shipped me an ultrabay slim battery + ibm sleeve "from Japan" :)

Very fast, friendly and honest forum member IMO. He sells a lot of stuff on eBay as well.

I bought K. Eng's "Moderators T40".
What a deal! He cross-shipped me one fo the nicest used computers I have ever bought. Witht the exception of the battery it is like new. It is in better shape than he described.

You can buy with confidence from K. Eng!
Thanks K.!!

Good purchase experience

#75 Post by TarzanBoy » Sun Jul 02, 2006 8:52 am

I bought a T22 motherboard from Boricua65 after having PM'd back and forth with him over several weeks. The motherboard got to me via FedEx in less than a week after payment and with a guarantee of a full refund if it was anything less than perfect and working.

I'm glad to report that the installation went well (except for me losing one screw and breaking part of the top bezel on the edge where it is really thin). The board works perfectly and now I have a working T22 again (which I might be selling or giving to my parents since I have a T40 on the way from another forum member).

Brainpicker

Bought an INCREDIBLE X41 from Yak (brainpicker) and consider it about the best transaction I've ever done. John went out of his answer all of my questions and was more interested in me being happy with my purchase than making a buck.

Thanks John, I will definitely do business with you again.
