Just wanted to report on a great experience I had buying a used T42p from kimo (http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=54216). The packing job was totally professional, and I had the laptop in my hands four days after making payment (shipping NYC to San Francisco). It is in great condition and I am perfectly comfortable using it as my new primary work machine. Overall, this was a completely positive experience and I would not hesitate to do business with him in the future. Thanks kimo!

Kudos and thanks to LPC who packaged the stuff I bought for a long voyage, by what one can only term as "labour of love". Not a scratch, and very fast shipping as well, and he is one very sweet person to deal with.

Positive feedback for cmarti

#834 Post by digitania » Thu Jan 31, 2008 11:24 pm

Just completed a very satisfactory deal with Carlos, and wanted to leave him positive feedback and kudos for his response and the excellent deal he gave me. We traded memory modules -- my 512MB PC2100 module I could no longer use for his 512MB PC4200 module that I could definitely use. Very high recommendation. Thank you again, Carlos!
