T30 cpu frequency

Hi, i'm a new user with an "old" problem!
I've a t30 with 1.8 ghz pentium m. The problem is that it works fixed at 1.2 ghz. I've read a post here with the same problem, but the solution doesn't works on my notebook.
I've set in bios and in windows the options with fixed cpu frequency and max performance, but the result is the same.
I've tried speedswitch, but is show me frequencies between 133 (??) mhz and 1200 mhz.
What can i do? Thanks
