Fn Key problem

After I made a new fresh install of WinXP on my new T42,
Fn+Home ( or End) it does increase/decrease the brightness of the screen
the Volumn Up/Down also working ...

HOWEVER, the screen does NOT display the GREEN BARS anymore

Anyone know how to fix this problem? What program I should install?

I backed up all the original T42 backup folders (DRIVERS, I386, IBMSHARE, IBMTOOLS, SUPPORT, VALUEADD)

oh, you just need to get the utility from ibm..

i forget the name but its there..

wait....
