cpu fan adjustment?

can anyone tell me how to adjust the cpu fan so it stays on? from posts ive read it can be changed... my t22 gets way too hot and i believe is the underlying cause to my not being able to play wolfenstein for more than a few seconds without spazzing....very frustrating

There's some information here. You haven't said what OS you're running - there are instructions for recent versions of Linux, and a link to a Windows tool intended for the T4x that might work with your T22.
