Forcing a bios update?

My my thinkpad, I already have the latest BIOS installed. However, I want to change the boot screen logo (instead of having the usual IBM/Centrio logo). The problem is, the program wouldn't reflash the BIOS if the currently instead bios is the same to the one that will be written.

How do I force it to update?
