where to get network controller drivers?

hi there, forgive my ignorance but I'm trying to get my wireless network setup but have hit a snag.
in device manager, the network controller is under other devices and has an exclaimation mark beside it.
I believe this is causing my router not to be detected properly....
it also says in its properties 'the drivers for this device are not installed'
can anyone tell me the correct ap to instal from ibm software installer or where to get these drivers from online.
my machine is the 2373 4WG.

I believe the following is the correct wireless driver. It is for the Intel PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI adapter.

From the next link you can get Access Connections if you want to use it to control your wireless connection. You don't have to have this, as you can use Windows to control the wireless connection.
