Please make our waiting easier ;-)

#1 Post by dodik » Mon Jul 19, 2004 12:28 pm

Hi everyone,

I'm a french student currently moving from a old-fashionned (but still good :D ) Dell Inspiron 8200 to a Brand new T42 (model 2373-CXG). IBM gives privileges to french students to save some money on their laptops, but however we do have to wait till the mid-august.

Could someone please post pictures (I mean links to pictures) of a T42 15 " with very good quality and high resolution ? Thanks. That will make our waiting easier

dodik (a new user of forum.thinkpads.com and happy to use it  )

PS: there are lots of users like me (I mean that ordered a new T42 but have to wait 4 weeks :( ) on http://forum.tt-hardware.com

Also look around in the T Series forum, there are some older posts with pictures, and try our search feature.

Can someone post some high res pics (links please) for this poor guy (and for the other dozen French students)? I would, but since I have a T40 and a webcam with 640x480 max resolution...

Regards,
G-Man

Jeez, he really wants some pics! I have a brand new T42p (2373GVU) here in front of me, and a Canon A80.....but its 14", will that be sufficient for the time being? If its gotta be 15" then I can't help you.

He's already seen these pictures. I guess they were stolen from Kano.

it is a 14", I think. Come on guys, post some great pictures (1600 x 1200) of a T42 14" or 15", it doesn't matter.
