One good thing I noticed - the pictures of the bottom of the T60 reveal that there is no intake fan on the bottom of the unit! :D
Homebuilt PC: AMD Athlon XP (Barton) @ 1.47 GHz; nForce2 Ultra; 1GB RAM; 80GB HDD @ 7200RPM; ATI Radeon 9600; Integrated everything else!

I wish he would comment on the USB 2.0 Battery life issue.

Also no comment on the T60 getting a bigger (56 Whr) Battery as compared to the T43. (51 Whr)

I saw that to. That was a big relief actually. Now I can look forward to owning a T6x in the future when Merom is out and things like that.

Heat and Fan

The T60 is cool running, very cool running in fact. After playing Doom 3 and running 3D benchmark applications the T43 fans didn't even kick in. The back area where the fan and vents are got a bit warm as they pushed the heat out, but certainly not uncomfortably warm or anything. The fact that there's an extra heat vent now on the back where the parallel port used to be probably helps quite a bit to dissipate heat. - Andrew Baxter

Ahhhhhh.......

There is no hardware issue. It's a Windows bug:
