Service Pack 2 USB bug lowers batterytime

In case you missed it, anantech just did a peice on the Core Duo bug. But it turns out that this bug is also present on other cpus, and is actually a SP2 bug.

I think this is relevant due to many thinkpads has a usb SD-card reader and a USB-bluetooth... Well... I think it's usb anyway, since you hear that "bing" when you connect it....
