X41 Tablet -- Cursor problems

I am currently having a problem with my X41 Tablet. Ever since I got it, the mouse has been acting up. Basically this is my problem also, as stated in another thread:

"Apparantly random... my mouse cursor hops to the bottom middle of the screen and clicks. This all without even touching the trackpoint and no other mouse plugged in. It's not in the exact same spot everytime either. If I leave it, it will hop around randomly within maybe a 1 square inch area. I have no clue what could be causing this but it's extremely annoying. Any ideas??"


The mouse just randomly moves to the bottom middle or bottom right of the screen.

Anyone else have this problem?

Wanted to provide a little more information on what it's doing compared to the other guy with the cursor problem:


- it appears to always go to the bottom right corner of the screen…
- Sometimes it seems to execute a click, because the date and time setting dialog box opens
- I notice it when I am working with the mouse / trackball / touch-pad, etc.
- I don’t think it ever happens when the machine is just sitting idle…

Hi,

I just got an x41 tablet and noticed that on bootup my cursor moves to the bottom right and clicks the clock, if I move the cursor it jumps back.

Help??
