Looking for model number?

#1 Post by jjfcpa » Fri Feb 17, 2006 7:16 pm

I'm looking for a model number similar to the T60p model 2663DDU except I only want the XGA+ (1400 X 1050) resolution. Any help appreciated.

I doubt if you will find a "p" model T60 with XGA resolution. I believe you will have to get just the T60 model. See model numbers and features in the link below.

Jffcpa,

I think 2623D8U seems to be the 14.1 version of 2623DDU. The only think I am not sure about is whether the battery is 6 or 9 cell.

T60p's w/ 14" SXGA+ Screens:

200787U
200887U
200782U
200786U
200783U
200883U
200784U

2.0GHz:
2623D8U

See tabook for details - they are all very similar. The difference is in the optical drive and wireless card.

I read over the OP's post too quickly. I saw XGA > he posted XGA+ > he should have posted SGXA+. He did post the resolution for SGXA+, but I missed seeing that. Oh well......

I think I'm going for the 2007-76U with 15" IPS flexview screen and generally great specs. I really like the weight and form factor of the 14" screen, but need a little more screen real estate. The 15" should provide that with an excellent resolution 1400 X 1050, and 200 nits brightness vs 150 for the 14" screen.

I'll call Lenovo tomorrow and see what kind of a deal I can strike...
