I want to upgrade my HDD. I have bought a Hitachi 60GB HDD and an Apricorn USB caddy.
Do I need to place the hidden restore partition on the new HDD before migrating the data from the old drive to new? Or will the Rapid restore create the partition?
I don't have the IBM recovery CDs so I was going to create the partition with Partition magic. What type of partiton do I need to create, I know it's hidden but what file system?
