How to have the Verizon EVDO off at startup?

I've noticed that the WWAN radio comes on automatically everytime I boot up or come out of standby (even if it was off going INTO standby) on my z60t.

I looked around, but couldn't find a setting to have the radio STAY off until I fire up VZAccess.

Is this possible?

I think there is a way to turn it off in the bios.

I looked around in the BIOS, and didn't see anything related. I thought too, it was here, so it was the first place I looked.

Anyone else?
