What do you think of this one? $1,347.25 with the Visa/Mastercard discount. I can't decide between the x60s and this one now.

How do you use the pc? Would you benefit from the tablet?
A friend purchased a tablet over the weekend and said it was awesome with Microsoft One note - very easy to lasso items and drag them into a document for example.
He did mention the screen viewing angle was a little less than he'd hoped for, but that was a different brand (Gateway I think).
Also, the x41 can only use 4200 RPM drives, so your disk performance will be comparatively poor. The X60 can use a 2.5 inch drive (7200 rpm) and much higher capacity, not to mention dual core available.
If you really need (or want) the tablet capability, then that is the way to go. Otherwise I'd probably get the X60(s).
Best of luck either way.

I thought I would get a tablet for my electrical engineering classes. However, from my searches, I haven't found to draw circuits onto the tabletpc and have it recognized (like sketching a circle and having the computer make it perfectly round circle, but with technical shapes instead). Anyone have any experience with this?

You mean drawing something and have the TabletPC auto-recognize it as part of a circuit and replace it with the schematic symbol? No, I haven't seen any software to make it do that; the closest I could come is something like Visio. They do, however, work quite well freehand.

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.

Actually, that's quite the same I'm looking for.
That would really be a reason ty buy a tablet - all those circuits I draw in lectures...
Of course it would be nice if you could not only draw them but also to export that to PSpice (for simulation) and Eagle (for layout & print) then.
I imagine a bunch of pop ups asking: "Do you want this capacitor to be a: please select type"
But, lets's not wish too much
