Problems with Fingerprint Software after Update

I've updated my Fingerprint Software to version 5.4.0.2659 some weeks ago. After this process i always get the following system notification after the boot and login-process:

The Aplication couldn't be initialised.
The System couldn't find the quoted Path
(i've translated this from german, no guarantee i've the notification is the same in an englisch WinXP)

The FP-Software doesn't even apear after the Startup-Process, i have to use the normal login-screen of WinXP. The guys of my german Thinkpad-Forum couldn't help me so you are my last chance.

Have you also updated Client security Solution? 6.01.0037.00 is the latest version. Open Security Solution and click on the entry "Software für Fingerabdrücke verwenden". It actually opens the Fingerprint Software and allows you to configure it.

i had to delete ctlcntr.exe, now it's working fine.
