Does anyone know if hardware passwords (power on, hard drive pw) have any ill effects on backups done with non IBM provided solutions like Acronis, or Symantec Ghost?
Will a restore keep everything intact? Or will passwords get FUBAR?
I haven't looked into the technical stuff behind IBM's CSS to closely, hence the question.
