QCTray.exe-Application Error

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has received this error before an dhow you go about fixing it.

I get a pop up window when I start my x41t that says the following:

The instructions at "0x7c918fea" referenced memor at "0x00000010". The memory could not be "written"

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program.

I apologize if this has already been discussed before. I saw it in somewhere in the t4x forums but was wondering if it is any different here. If it has been discussed would someone be kind as to post a link.
