Anyone see old Space Saver Trackpoint keyboards out there?

#1 Post by tbessie » Thu Feb 23, 2006 4:03 pm

I got an IBM keyboard for my A31, and am happily using it, but was wondering if the older, "Space Saver" model keyboards without the trackpad (only trackpoint and mouse buttons) is available out there.

I have searched, and there are a few used ones, and the occasional new one (or even some used ones) are selling for $150+, even though these models were discontinued in 2003.

Has anyone found a source for new ones that aren't as pricey?

Why thank you, you overzealous admin, you. :-)

But I'm never satisfied... if only it had all the features of the current IBM model, but without the stupid trackpad... oh well, I'll make do.

Thanks much!

And more's the pity. In either PS/2 or USB flavour, this was a great keyboard for rack-mount servers.
