After seeing those pics, I miss my T42 :( I am sorta leaning back towards this machine over the Sony SZ... dam, this decision is hard to make!! :(

Those pictures get me more and more curious if one can take the keyboard out of the X41 and shove it into the X60.

The only differences I can see from staring at pictures between the two is that the X41 keyboard requires 6 screws, the X60 requires 4. Otherwise, it looks like it just might work.

The other consideration would be if the holes actually lined up. Comparing the HardwareMM between the two, it looks like the keyboards are the exact same size.

What are the dimensions of the X60s with the 8-cell battery? The tabook.pdf specs say 10.5" x 8.3" x 0.8-1.1", but I think that's with the 4-cell battery.
