Fan error
Fan error
My T41p won't start up. It stops right after the IBM image and says ' Fan error'. With several beeps it turns itself off. Any idea to solve this? Usually, there's a blast of fan noise just after I push the power botton. Now there is not.

Call support, you'll almost definately need to send it in to get the fan replaced.
It won't go past that intentionally, so you can't overheat and damage your thinkpad.
