automatig plug in...error

hi there,

i noticed recently that on lenovo website its not working anymore (for me) the automatic plug-in, the one which takes all your infos, in order to show autmatic accessories, updates and so on.

i even restore an old image of the system when this automatic gathering was working but even with that i still get "error, couldnt gather system information"

i give install activex, its installing and then...error...i give an f5 same thing all over again.

anybody any ideas?!
