I had a question. I use the registry cleaner CCleaner. Pretty popular one.
So I did a scan and it has the option to erase or whatever it does, my Hotfix Unistallers. I think those are those files with the name in blue.
Three questions?
Is that okay to have them delete the Hotfix Uninstallers?
What are they?
Why would they be so large (194.1MB)

while we are on the topic of CCleaner or registry cleaners. I wanted to know what I could check off to be deleted. Right of the bat I personally will not have it clean missing DLLS. Because from what I can recall on past computers and others DLLS warnings are what you can often get at startup that does seem to affect anything but is real annoying.
For those who have it basically what under Registry Integrity is safe (no matter what) to clean up?

I would not delete my uninstallers just in case I needed them. IIRC, SP2 deleted scads of earlier uninstallers (because SP2 included all the relevant setups). I expect that SP3 will do the same, but in the meantime I am not deleting them. My registry cleaner (Registry First Aid) does not pick them up, so I don't deal with them in the way you do. ...
