Lenovo cases

#1 Post by Guv'nor-K » Thu Mar 02, 2006 3:20 am

Hi guys,

looking to get a case for my 6 day old T43 and I've narrowed it down to these 3:

1. http://www-131.ibm.com/webapp/wcs/store ... Id=8718822

2. http://www-131.ibm.com/webapp/wcs/store ... Id=8718824

3. http://www-131.ibm.com/webapp/wcs/store ... Id=2387990

Even though the first is a backpack and the choice between backpack and shoulder carry is a matter of personal choice, I was hoping to get some feedback from owners on quality, space, and durability of the individual cases.

oh and i had a battery related question for which i didnt want to start a whole new thread....

Should one always keep the laptop plugged in when possible? or should I disconnect the adapter once the battery is charged and let it drain out?

what preserves the life of battery...?

thanks! :D

I too am in the same dilemma:
Free TP BackPack or Discounted Shoulder Carrying case with T43 (2868 CTO)
IBM T43 2686-E7U 14.1" SXGA+, 1.86GHz, 1.5GB, Hitachi 7K100 80GB @7200, DVD-RW, Intel 2915ABG
It is the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all.
