WTB: HDD, CD drive, Battery, LCD? have 600e

I have a stripped down 600e arriving shortly.I am in need of a HDD cd drive and ram. Also may need a lcd screen. Anything will do not trying to spend much at all.Also I will need a keyboard or 2.

Just received hand me down x230 and latch 1 feels weird without a spring (Im used to T series).

No mention of springs in the manual. Found...
