Creating profile with Access Connection

Hi,
Trying to create a new profile, I am getting this message.
"Creating profile is disabled, contact your network administrator"
How can I enable it? Hands-me down T40 running XP Pro SP2.
Almost done setting things up my way except this one. I log in as
administrator.

There's an option in Access Connections which limits profile creation/editing to local machine admins. Log in as local admin, as you mentioned, and look for that option.
