using miniDock disables UltraNav!

I have just bought an IBM miniDock for my IBM T40/P, but after I have connected it the touchpad and the red button does not work anymore! Why do they get disablet when using the dock and how do I enable them again??

Try using a USB mouse/keyboard instead of a PS2 mouse/keyboard.
