So, I just did a recent ThinkVantage update, and did NOT do the driver update as I always think that if THAT ain't broke don't fix it.
Somehow, the 4.0.100.140 A, see the A, got installed. I think it was downloaded previously, but not installed.
Anyway, when I rebooted I was not able to get the radio to turn ON at all. The little green wireless icon was on, but there was no getting the radio to go on.
I took a reconnect and download of the .140 driver to get it running again.
Still, something seems to be killing the wireless WHEN I CONNECT TO LAN, but at least one or the other works.
