I just bumped my memory up and this chip has to go.
IBM 31P9831 Infineon 256MB module from my T42 2373-FVU.
$22.50 delivered to the continental USA.

T60 2623-D7U, 3 GB Ram.
Dual boot XP and Linux Mint.
