firmaware update: problem with 7k60

i've a problem with the firmaware update

I've done the boot cd.
At startup i press F5
At this point my pc doest't load config.sys and autoexec

I have:

a:\>

if I write "dir", doest't exist hfui12h.exe but also 10 other files.
(if I open the cdrom on windows, the hfui12i exist)

whats the problem??
