T40, Bluetooth and Skype

Hello. I am pretty new to this forum. I was just wondering is someone has any experince using Skype (and Bluetooth headset) with Bluetooth enabled T4x laptop. I am thinking about upgrading my T40 with the internal BT card and I am not sure if it will work. Thanks for any suggestions.
