Thinkpad 770 ZV-DVD PC-Card

#1 Post by Neil » Fri Mar 10, 2006 9:53 am

It's very likely that very few are still using this decoder card. In fact I have not used mine is a couple of years. But I recently decided I would like to use it again. Problem is, I don't have the software CD that came with the 770, and have changed my OS to ME-lite.

I downloaded the drivers and DVD-Player software, and while it all works OK through the dongle, I can't get video to display on the laptop screen. I get an error window "min/max determination failed". Anyone know what that means, and how to fix it?

My guess would be video driver is not activating the overlay, but I've updated the video driver from the Lenovo support website. I've searched this forum, and found very little discussion about this pc-card. Even Googled the error message, and found nothing. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
