Caps Lock On screen indicator utility?

Hi all,

Saw on one T4x machine that "caps lock on/off" lights up on the LCD when the user presses it. Is this part of the Thinkpad utilities and Can I add this to my A31p?
I tried updating the on screen utility from the Thinkvantage software installer (connecting to the web) but no luck.

I know there are 3rd party utilities that do this and even freeware but I'd rather have a Thinkpad utility.

Why? There's an LED that lights up when caps lock is on, it's right next to the number lock indicator on the keyboard.

who's eyes don't posses the young ones telescopes required to see the Mercury Freedom 7 style indicator lights in the modern thinkpad "cockpit"... especially when they press caps lock accidentally while in word and start typing "jibrish" or K,DS.WKJR AS`GTHK DS;DK QWEE style english prose instead of their intended hebrew..
