when does IBM come out with new models?

I was looking over the TABook very carefully last night, and I noticed that almost all of the models in there became available May of this year. Since that was almost 3 months ago, does that mean IBM should be coming out with new configurations soon?

does anyone know typically how often IBM changes all their models?
