DESCRIPTION: This is an original IBM Parts Number 08K4957/ FRU# 08K4986 Thinkpad Keyboard for T40 T40p T41 T41p T42 T42p T43 T43p R50 R51 R52 laptops with 14"screens. Same as FRU# 39T0519.

In fact, this is the original style T40 and T41 keyboard that had the glossy bezel around the power button/ ACCESS IBM console. Some say it looks way much nicer and sleeker than the new style dull matte-finish versions of the same keyboard (see pictures). I prefer the dull matte finish which is why I got a new style keyboard.

CONDITION: The keyboard is used and like new, in perfect condition with all buttons, the red track point eraser head and all mousepad buttons functioning and guaranteed to work. The item will ship securely in the original IBM parts box with all original IBM installation documents/manuals and extra Keyboard screws.
