Dark areas in display

My T23 is developing some dark areas along the bottom of the screen, especially the lower right corner. Is this normal?
If not should I contact IBM about this? I have about 6 months warranty left. How bad does it have to be before IBM will replace it?

It's not normal. Call IBM, and they will fix it right away.
