what kind of thermal compound can i put on the CPU and GPU?

i am putting together a t43p and would like to know what i should put on the processer and if i have to put anything on the videocard (firegl v3200) im getting arctic silver for the processer, but can i put it on the video card?

I could be wrong, but I think that I read something to the effect of....if you add anything like AC, you might void your warranty. I am not sure if the CPU and the heatsink are considered Customer Replaceable. This means if there is some kind of damage, even related to something else, they might return it and tell you that the warranty is null and void. Just as they do with "water spillage" even if the problem isn't related to the spillage.

EDIT: I just realized that you said that you were "putting together" a T43p, so are we to assume that you are rebuilding one?

what happend was my t41 was broken i put together a t43p using all the old parts, i had the short fan, which i realized i needed to get the long one then i was wondering i kno i can put AC on the processer but what about the video card chip
