Running BatteryMaxmiser as a limited user

#1 Post by apastuszak » Thu Mar 23, 2006 11:15 am

Is there any way to run Battery Maxmiser as a limited user? We're rolling out ThinkPads at work, but our new managed XP image makes everyone on their box a limited user.

Hi Andy.

What do you mean? You want to limit access to the maxmiser for some people but not others?

But the maxmiser limits everyone? ???

Am I to understand the battery maximiser is the same thing as the thinkvantage power manager?

If so it works fine under limited user accounts.
