Minidock is silent correct?

I've currently got a Dock II and the psu fan is making an awful racket. I'm in need of another docking station anyways and was looking at the Minidock. It seems to have all the same features except the PCI slot & HDD slot (which I no longer need). I guess my biggest concern is whether it (the Minidock) has a fan inside & is silent?

My MiniDock has no fan and generates no noise.
