#1 Post by Imran » Sun Jul 25, 2004 12:01 pm

hi

the tabook and ibm's official page contradict themselves in regard to the wireless cards for the 2373 gvu

http://www5.pc.ibm.com/us/products.nsf/ ... p/_2373GVU

any ideas what the case really is also what is the speed of the dvd writers on t42p, are the dvd burners slow , what s the speed of the cd writer

thanks

Did you read the FAQ at http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=1689 ?

From the FAQ:

16) I looked in tabook, and it says model 1234-OIU comes with the frammitz booster. But the specs on the web site don't mention it. Which one is correct?

Historically? Go with tabook.

I've got a 2373GVU in front of me right now and I can tell you with 100% assurance that it has IBM a/b/g wireless.

As far as
any ideas what the case really is also what is the speed of the dvd writers on t42p, are the dvd burners slow , what s the speed of the cd writer
.....I have no idea what youre trying to ask there, might wanna rephrase that one.
