Hm, I called, and chose government/education, chose institution, and have been on hold for about 20 minutes.
Is there a way I can call the "gold team" direct, since I ordered a t42?

Previously, it said Ship Date: 9/01/2004
That couldn't have been right, since the item was instock.
Is this the wonderfully quick customer service I've heard about from IBM? My neck is getting stiff listening to this awful elevator music.
