Flickering scroll icon in FireFox

Has anyone come up with a way to stop the scroll icon in Firefox from flickering? When I scroll up and down the scroll icon and the normal cursor icon switch back and forth rapidly. This is disconcerting.
Homebuilt PC: AMD Athlon XP (Barton) @ 1.47 GHz; nForce2 Ultra; 1GB RAM; 80GB HDD @ 7200RPM; ATI Radeon 9600; Integrated everything else!

I live with it. What isn't broken doesn't need fixing. ,:)
