URGENT PLEASE - T22 NETWORK TO PC - HOW?

If I'm understanding networking, can I do this from my T22 to my pc to transfer HD? Also, where do I find all the Thinkpad-specific files? I got the call tag to send back my T22. Ideally, I want to transfer files tonight for I go out of town tomorrow morning and want to drop this unit to UPS on my way out.

A little late, but if you call Dell they'll sell you a $5000 PowerEdge server that will let you connect the two machines...

either buy a crossover cable, or use a router
manually share a folder on each computer (tpad and pc)
search network neighborhood for computers in the default workgroup.
drag and drop
thats it in a nutshell, but it's never as easy as that with windows.
